I walked into class, and sat down. Lucas read his blog, then picked me. Our class started off with reading an article about the lack of diversity in publishing. We then updated our independent reading logs. Next, A couple of classmates and I went to the Library and picked out a book to read for readers' workshop. Lastly, we worked on NaNoWriMo submisions notes.
