reader's workshop
Today we talked about being an ally and what it means to be an ally and how nice it is to be one. We then answered the question of the week. Next, we listened to a podcast that was about the song of the week which was called "We Shall Overcome." Ms. Nakada then showed us what should be in our binder reminders and explained what we should be doing in reader's workshop. Then, for the rest of the class, we all read our books. We spent about 15 minutes reading our books until we started packing up. The bell rang, and then we left for lunch.
